CynthiaNicolle 18 Posted March 15, 2018 I’ve been in a stall for two weeks starting to get down about it since I’ve been trying to break it and seem to get no where any advice is appreciated
allwet 868 Posted March 15, 2018 well my advice and 2 cents will get you - two cents but here goes. want to break a stall cut the sugar- not lower cut it out. look at the sugar on everything you buy - everything the goal is to crush this number. cant say you wont feel like **** cause you will. and dont replace those sugars with carbs. Carb is just sugar misspelled (lol) good luck 1 jlewisgotsleeved reacted to this

Sosewsue61 3,185 Posted March 15, 2018 Regret is a waste of brain activity. Two weeks is nothing. The body adjusts, and the process is not linear. Try to stop focusing on a number and on food in general. Once you accept that this is how it goes you will be able to relax and this will be 'business as usual'. Only you can know if you are following your plan AND if that needs adjusting for you as an individual - then do that, it takes some experimentation and sometimes just time. I wish you success and to just enjoy yourself. 1 destinystarr reacted to this

Loder77 18 Posted March 16, 2018 Sometimes stalls just happen. I was the same weight for 2 1/2 weeks then I lost 2 pounds in 2 days. Sometimes you just have to ride it out and it will start coming off again. Best of luck to you
