I had the BEST night's sleep last night, and on my side, no less -- heaven!!! Today I'm all about the fluids and walking for gas, which I can still feel around my shoulders and my arms (?). To hopefully stave off Constipation, I am taking 2 oz aloe vera juice and Probiotics at the recommendation of my surgeon. Have a great day, people of bariatricpal.com!

Congrats!!! Yes, I had gas in my arms and shoulders- it will not last forever! It took me 4 days post op to get rid of it and I have not had one problem since!
