sorry i cant answer that from a medical standpoint but as former diabetic i would not want to spike my insulin that much from that kind of a Protein load.but that just me if you had no previous insulin issues you may look at it different

You could, but it may be for nothing and hinder weight loss. The old research states the body can only absorb 20-35 grams of Protein in a sitting. But I’ve read research in other countries such as France who debunk that and the amount is much higher. Absorption depends on activity level, how much muscle you already have, age and certain hormone levels all come into play.
I wouldn’t go over 40 grams per shake because if you aren’t absorbing all the protein, anything left over the amino acids turn into glucose.
