I had surgery 2/7/2018 and I'm a month out I've only lost 10 pounds is it normal to lose to little for some strange reason I'm feeling like I'm not going to lose weight if see everyone else's results and they seem to lose it so fast what can I do to lose more weight Hw298 Sw251 Cw240 Gw160
