I have been trying really hard since Sunday! So 5 days and I've stayed focused and lost about 7 pounds. At this point I've been drinking a Protein Drink for Breakfast (powder with skim milk) then at lunch I generally have a small salad or today I had carrots/broccoli with 1 oz of ranch dressing. Then I had a flatout (the healthy one) with a sargento thin slice of cheese and lean deli meat one slice. For dinner I will have a lean cuisine just for convenience! It seems to be working for now, If I start stalling which I am sure I will at some point I will choose a healthier dinner choice! I've done good not snacking because any time I feel mental hunger I just shut it up with a bunch of water! Haha!
RaniaOnTheRun 5 Posted March 16, 2018 My surgeon's group has a lot of free info on their website for bariatric patients including sample diets, education, etc. I was annoyed at first having to go to classes before I was allowed to schedule my surgery but it actually has been really great preparation for the next steps. https://www.rexbariatrics.com/ My breakfast is a Special K Egg White omelet sandwich with a piece of Morningstar Farms sausage added to it. It keeps me full without feeling like I'm missing out. My two cents... 1 2018 reacted to this
newmebithebypass 713 Posted April 3, 2018 My program is 70-100 grams of Protein and 64oz of Water or things like Crystal light and less than 50 grams of net carbs. The thing I am struggling with is cutting out diet soda. I'm also struggling with snackingSent from my SM-T380 using BariatricPal mobile app
