aussieslady 15 Posted March 10, 2018 My surgeons office is fantastic. They email, they call, they are so respectful. Wish my cardiologist office staff could take notes. Cardiologist states he doesn't expect any issues but wants to have an echocardiogram and treadmill stress test prior to surgery. No worries, I get it. I ask if I am allowed to do them at the same time (working girl here and trying to limit as much time for the sake of office/boss as possible). He is kind and "oh of course you can do that." His staff argued and huffed at me and then put my test weeks out, and since then has refused to send me records to my surgeons office, even though they have told me they would fax. Staff told me he was not in the office the day of my tests and that is why they were not read the day of............wrong, he is greeted me with a hello as he was reviewing a chart between patients the day I was there. I see him again Monday for my follow up (and of course another copay), my records will be in my hand BEFORE I leave his exam room. Thank you, rant is over! 2 1 JanineVSG, Sosewsue61 and Hannah83 reacted to this

frust8 963 Posted March 20, 2018 I'm having the same problems with Job and Family Services, other than showing up in person you cannot reach them. You try calling and you are redirected to 1 800 646 OHIO, (i think)if you do get through and it's not a guarantee, you go to a menu, hopefully what you want will be there. If not you punch 5 and then you wait and you wait and you wait. I had something relatively minor one day, weather was slippery, so I called in. After 45 minutes I got an disinterested broad who said " Mam you should take this up with your local county office" Gee,i sure would but they're Hiding. I would call but there are no # that rings in there directly, that's why,i have you! Ees not her problem! Why do I keep jumping through their hoops? Because Medicaid is my secondary and if Trump has one of his hissy fits and shuts down the Federal Government or defunds Medicare I have to have something to fall back on.
