Dr Jarvis way back had a book out, said Apple Vinegar as natural as possible and honey were GOOD for you. Maybe about 60- 70 time span. He felt Apple Vinegar in the morning helped lose and maintain weight.

Yeah, I googled a bit and I'm of the opinion that it is hogwash. Just another fad that came and went. So many fad diets out there ... geesh.

It's horrible for your teeth. Drink lots of Water after to get the acid out of your mouth away from your teeth. It is another fad, but to each their own.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
