wjgo 272 Posted April 14, 2018 Too late, but it was suggested to me to buy your favorite frozen food meal from grocery store, add unflavored Protein mix and puree it. I bought deli spaghetti (caused insufferable heartburn), meatloaf, clam chowder Soup and others. I borrowed my mother's stick blender immersion thingy.
