How many calories and Protein are you guys taking in and successfully losing steady ? I was taking in a ton of protein between 120-150 and around 1200 calories and my Dr said that's too much protein and not enough calories... I lift and workout 5 days a week but have been at a stall for awhile. HW-280 SW-250 CW-220 GW-180.. I use the Myfitnesspal religiously. I just got to find what numbers helps me lose the best. I'm 5 months Post-Op

When I was at 5 months post-op, I was taking in 1000-1100 calories and 110-120 grams of Protein per day.

I do 85-105 grams of Protein a day, 1200-ish calories. I only work out two to four times a week though lately. I am six and a half months out. I am six foot tall.
