BuffaloBill 168 Posted March 8, 2018 How many calories and Protein are you guys taking in and successfully losing steady ? I was taking in a ton of protein between 120-150 and around 1200 calories and my Dr said that's too much protein and not enough calories... I lift and workout 5 days a week but have been at a stall for awhile. HW-280 SW-250 CW-220 GW-180.. I use the Myfitnesspal religiously. I just got to find what numbers helps me lose the best.
