TJ30 2 Posted March 6, 2018 Congrats!! I cant wait to get the call with my surgery date but i have 2 more months of nutritionist appts!! Got delayed by six months bc my mom fell ill. Feel like goin to mexico and paying out of pocket to finally get it over with!! I want to lose a good amount of weight before summer!!!! [emoji47]Don’t Rush it... Best suggestions i can give are be sure to get your protein/water in and be as active a possible...even if it's only walking keep moving.
