Miss_Tee 56 Posted March 5, 2018 I know I'm making the right decision and I'm comfortable with my choice. My only issue is finding foods that don't make sick. I hate vomiting...it's the worst feeling ever. Just kind nervous about social and family events. Making my new habits work with my day to day. Is anyone else coping with that..... Follow your weight loss clinic (or its dietitian) and the eating rules set. They really do work for 90% plus of people. Even if you are one of the statistical outliers, there's a good chance your dietary hassles can be overcome.
Mattymatt 491 Posted March 5, 2018 I am one of those statistical outliers. The puree stage is going to be a challenge but I'll figure it out .... I always do. Cottage cheese and eggs are just nasty - I can't even get past the smell let alone texture.

star2017 80 Posted March 5, 2018 (edited) Congrats on your date!! I'm April 10th! I have a hard time with the Protein Shakes I'm not a fan of thick drinks but my nutritionist gave me some ideas to work with. I don't do cottage e cheese either, so I figured during the pureed stage I'll mostly stick with eggs and triple zero yogurt. I guess we'll find out when we get to that point what agrees with our bodies. Edited March 5, 2018 by star2017
Miss_Tee 56 Posted March 11, 2018 I actually like the Premier shakes. I let them get almost frozen. They taste so much better that way. I've never heard of triple zero yogurt but I'll look into it.
