Mattymatt 491 Posted March 4, 2018 Anyone else on the pre-op diet running to piss almost every hour? This started happening to me today and I am half way through the pre-op diet. Is this just the body letting go of the excess Water being held from diets high in sodium? LOL! It's almost to the point where I don't want to be more than a few minutes from the toilet. FluffyChix 17,415 Posted March 4, 2018 Make sure you check your blood sugar. It's probably from all the Water you pounded today. 1 Mattymatt reacted to this

blizair09 3,250 Posted March 5, 2018 I am constantly having to pee and it has been that was since the surgery 17 months ago. You'd think I was an elderly guy at night. Lol. I drink a lot more Water and water-based drinks (like tea) post-op since I gave up carbonation (specifically my beloved diet coke). That is what it is about. frust8 963 Posted March 5, 2018 You guys are winning the hydration game. Better that than drying up like a prune or blowing away like the tumbling tumbleweed.Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app 1 blizair09 reacted to this

(Or at least that's what I tell myself during my third or fourth trip to the bathroom during the night. )
