How to kew the numbers low ?

Six months out and I’m back in gym but my numbers are rising [emoji45][emoji45]freaking me out , anyone have any similar experience what r u doing to keep the loss going while . Working out ??

Water retention in the muscles is normal. Up your liquids and Protein a little and give it some time.

Make sure you consume some kind of Protein within 30 mins of your workouts.
