Surgery is 3/5/18. I’m following the 2 week pre op Protein diet to the letter. Instead of losing weight I’m gaining. Feeling discouraged that I will not lose the weight I should. Hopefully someone else has had this issue and can offer some encouragement.


Are you tracking? How and when are you weighing yourself? Some scales just aren't accurate I find.
Also it could just be all the liquids going in. They can make you heavier when you weigh yourself.
