I’ve been doing well I lost 8 pounds so far I’ve not been reaching my goals as far as intake yet but I have been making sure to sip my Water. I tried to get back into my Protein Shakes but it made me vomit so I’ve had Greek yogurt and now I have the Protein water and it’s working out for me
