When I wasn't ready I gave myself a year break then went back at it again with a partner this time around. I didn't feel comfortable going through this process by myself. Don't necessarily agree with that, if you could do this all on your own you wouldn't be there. Ambien, hmm its potentially addictive or its one your stomach couldn't handle after stomach surgery?
