I’m not satisfied at eating 2-3 oz my doctor says to eat every 2 hours of Protein. I’m scared I have stretched my stomach, because I fell off my healthy eating. How can I get back to eating small like I use and not wanting more?

Try really hard to stick with it a few days and you likely will be satisfied again with the small amounts. I find carbs = cravings. It's very unlikely you stretched anything (most surgeons say it's not possible beyond a small amount)

I’m about 2 years out and I have been eating my Protein like eggs and tuna, but when I get home I’m snacking on candy and junk.

I would suggest that you :

re commit to the original dietGet rid everything that would be considered junk by your surgeon or NUT.

ADD MORE Water.

Eat larger portions of denser Proteins.

Add healthy fats

Drink warm liquids (teas, low sugar cocoa, coffee ) when you feel the need to have something late at night

Have a snack of the pleasure foods once in a while, not all the time.

Voice your concerns to your team.

Remember that you're human.

Thank you. So you think I should stay away from things like almonds and pistachios?

I think everything in moderation,
Continue or start to food journal. I use myfitness pal. You'll begin to see how much they "cost" you and if they are worth having all the time or just occasionally

I have a bit of a problem with nuts and they’re high calorie, so if you can’t stop at one portion (1 oz) then you may want to avoid them. To solve my problem when I buy them I immediately seperate the package into 1 oz ziplocks and put them out of sight. Then when I want them I just take a single ziplock and remove the risk of munching throughout the day or eating too much.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
