My surgery is March 6th. How many OZ of Water should i be drinking a day up until my surgery/and liquid diet week?

Current weight: 304

Goal weight: 145

64 minimum to build up your hydration level and understand that it will also be your goal after surgery. Also it doesn't have to be plain Water, it could be flavored, tea, sugar free Popsicles, just not caffeinated or carbonated
