Breakfast of champions: Protein Drink with a shot of espresso and a shot of Miralax.

Wow, I eat some weird things since my surgery. And that will be the last time I do the espresso, but sadly, the miralax is a necessity these days.

Hahaha! Love experimenting! I'm trying benefiber in my yogurt this morning! I know Miralax is next sometime today--probably in my V8!
