jamiea84 1 Posted February 22, 2018 Hello, My name is Jamiea. I am actually in the process of scheduling a surgery date. I have done my research found a Great surgeon. But i have something that worries me, I know at least 3 different people that have been sleeved. They lost the weight which is great but it seems like one of them lost to much weight to the point of her looking sick. I really don't want this to happen to me. Did she do something wrong are does that just happen sometimes? 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this

You would have to ask the person that looked "sick" if they had complications or health issues. Your Dr. is going to monitor your health. Too much weight loss is rare. I'm not saying this is the same situation....I'm a healthy body mass index.(BMI) I've had comments that I've lost too much weight and looked sick. people were just used to seeing me big.
