suzysunshine123 11 Posted February 22, 2018 I figured out I am lactose intolerant after the three week liquid diet of being nauseous all the time barely getting down any of the whey Protein Shakes or cream Soups. After trying a plant based pea Protein Shake and not having any symptoms we figured out the problem. Relief!!! So happy to have found the solution!!! Now I am looking into more plant based Protein most of I have never tried or can’t pronounce. This is exciting and makes me nervous at the same time to be making such a huge change. Any suggestions for what to try at first? I get overwhelmed looking online. I’m not the best in the kitchen but am eager to start trying new things. Thank you all for your support! chshea22 0 Posted March 19, 2018 Orgain powder, evolve or just hemp protein!!! I’m totally plant based and made the transition about 6 weeks before surgery, which was 3/1.
