LauraD84 18 Posted February 22, 2018 Yesterday was my last nutritionist visit and now I’m waiting for an approval from my insurance. I’m feeling excited, nervous, and anxious. domi 237 Posted February 23, 2018 I’m with Dr Pham in California. He is also very popular so they went ahead and booked my surgery to make sure I have a date.
