Shinyhappymommy 2 Posted August 6, 2008 Mizzoupoodle, I don't know if it would be considered ab work. I do feel some discomfort in my port after doing the basic workout. Not pain, but discomfort, like the surrounding muscles have worked like they usually don't and maybe the port has been moved around a little because of it. I fully expect it to subside after I've gotten a few more workouts in. I've only done 3 or 4 days so far. You might do a couple of the moves, like the t-tapp twist, and the box for your surgeon and ask him if those would be okay 3 weeks out.
