I go every day and I’m on low Fiber due to complications. Bright bleeding is poops that are too hard and/or hemorrhoids. The suppositories work the best...you just have to be brave and stick em up your bum!

I’d try Miralax 1x a day with Water if you can handle it, crystal light, or my personal fav, 1/3 apple juice, 2/3 water.
