GreenTealael 25,446 Posted February 15, 2018 MFP does not have a category to log it under, but I literally walked for hours, endured squatting, lifting, bending, carrying, haggling, etc. Felt like HIIT to me... 2 mylighthouse and FluffyChix reacted to this

kandywolf 161 Posted February 15, 2018 It sucks because if I am pushing a cart, my fitbit doesnt even log my steps 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
Creekimp13 5,840 Posted February 15, 2018 I put my fitbit on my ankle when I shop for exactly that reason. LOL:) The problem is that putting your hand on the cart keeps it from registering steps. The ankle measurment isn't as accurarate as the wrist, but I've worn both at the same time...and it's close enough:) They sell ankle straps on Amazon. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

Creekimp13 5,840 Posted February 15, 2018 (edited) My daughter has the pendent version of Fitbit because she's a field research biologist and is always in water....so neither the wrist or ankle work for her. There's also a bra clip you can get. Lots of options:) Edited February 15, 2018 by Creekimp13
elforman 234 Posted February 15, 2018 My wife tried to claim that she goes shopping for the exercise. I reminded her that in a single shopping trip she tends to spend at least three times the cost of a monthly gym membership and rejected her claim. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
sleeved2win 79 Posted February 15, 2018 Etsy has cute versions of Fitbit holders. Necklaces, anklets, even little clip ons to make the original plastic Bracelet it comes with into something fancy. I have a bunch and gave them as gifts one Christmas and everyone loved them! 2 Creekimp13 and GreenTealael reacted to this
kakatlady612 1,053 Posted February 15, 2018 Tealael my late husband's friend Nowell, we called him THE VISION would tell you that you were imprisioned and handcuffed in a previous incarnation. Man slept with an upside crystal over his bed to funnel in the wisdom and power of the universe. Haven't heard from him in years, maybe the fool crystal fell down and impaled him. kakatlady612 1,053 Posted February 15, 2018 And when you do laps you run the risk of more than your lap showing. To the mall, son, to the mall.Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app 1 1 Seahawks Fan and GreenTealael reacted to this
