MdmMargott 20 Posted April 12, 2018 Mine is scheduled for April 20th. This is my first surgery ever and I'm so scared and freaking out about everything right now. I've been diagnosed with diabetes and PCOS, so I keep telling myself I'm doing it for my health and don't allow myself to have second thoughts. I'll just make it through and things will get better, I know that. 2 ozzie84egy and lizzieat reacted to this
lizzieat 9 Posted April 12, 2018 Be strong. You’ll be fine and it will definitely help you with the illnesses 2 Nannett1966 and MdmMargott reacted to this

frust8 963 Posted April 12, 2018 Do you know why the Devil gets trashed so much in the Bible? For a lot of reasons but the main one is it was written by God's Friends.Sorry you were as weak as a newborn kitten yesterday but you'll be up and roaring soon . Are you getting all your walkies[emoji150] and drinkies[emoji483] under control. Gosh I want and hope to be where you are[emoji541] in May! Hope I can convince someone at OSU to see,things[emoji817] my way[emoji13]Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

Nisha39 4 Posted April 12, 2018 Thank you frust8. (Loving the name). I had my procedure done at Abington Hospital in PA. To be honest, I'm a ball of emotions. Happy that I'm finally finished the surgery part but still wondering if i made the right decision. (Too late to turn back now). Physically I'm not in pain (unless i bend from the waist. Ouch). I guess I'm just ready for the healing part to be over with. I'm ready to get to my new normal because if i drink another Protein Shake i might die. I’m 5’4” currently weighing 227. Hoping to get to 125lbs Is that unrealistic? Yes, its very realistic. Get into the habit of doing some cardio to help you meet that goal. 2 Nannett1966 and lizzieat reacted to this

maddysmommy 6 Posted April 13, 2018 Hello everyone, I live in San Antonio Texas. My husband and I are diving in this together. We had our consult on April 6. We were told that we had the “Cadillac of insurance plans” and the only requirements were a nutrition consult and a psych evaluation. No waiting period. I was expecting a lot of requirements and waiting. But since that isn’t the case, I’m a little scared. It’s moving very quickly. One minute I’m thinking of backing out, the next I wanna be on the operating table already. I’ve had a lap band that failed and had to be removed so I’m a little scared of going through similar problems again (It was a nightmare). I’m hoping for insurance approval in the next week or 2. 1 Nannett1966 reacted to this
