Missrut718 12 Posted March 15, 2018 I was sleeved on march 12th. Having an impossible time meeting my Protein requirements. Anyone else?? I was also sleeved on the 12th. The only way I was able to meet both my protein and Water goals today was by drinking a bottle of protein water. Two birds, one stone. But it’s a huge feat to even do that at this point HW: 296SW: 277CW: 277GW: 150Sleeved 3/12/18 2 dgirl1229 and charismatic reacted to this

Missrut718 12 Posted March 15, 2018 What is Protein Water? HW 303SW 278 CW 268GW 150Sleeved 3/6/18There are several different types. It’s flavored water infused with protein. I know that premier has premier clear, there’s protein2o and this is the one that I like the best. It has 20 grams of protein in 16 ounces. Stevie the Sleevey 17 Posted March 15, 2018 Apple and Stevie,How are y’all doing? The gas pain this morning was pretty bad. The pain meds have been great and I’ve gotten in some good walks. I’ve had Water, broth and Jello. May be able to go home in the morning. Hope y’all are doing great!! Hey! I survived. The pain in my abdomen was bad for the first walks, but now I have narcotic pain relievers and I feel better. Walked a round this morning with no pain meds! Hooray! I wonder if they’ll release me early How are you, @charismatic ? 2 Eventer826 and Apple203 reacted to this

Did you like your surgeon, would you recommend it to another?I know I'm asking a lot of things but we sure would like to know you better. I love my doctor, and in fact the whole office staff. They are great about answering my questions night or day. Lol. I am not sure if I got rid of all of my Water weight yet, but lost 14.4 pounds in 6 days. I am struggling with the water, but even more so with the Protein Shakes they started me on last night. I am hoping this will pass.
frust8 963 Posted March 15, 2018 It will, a lot of people complain about the thickness and have diluted it half and half. Jersey Girl is active so you by far are not the only Garden Stater.it is good you had a good experience and have a great surgeon and a decent office staff to work with. It sounds strange but we do some times have newbies coming on who have not made a relationship with a surgeon.so hearing about good Bariatrics and good, locations are cool.Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app
