Tomorrow's the day, and now I'm nervous!!

I have been so excited and positive, but now I'm honestly a little scared - surgery and all! Trying to stay upbeat for my husband and kids (8 of them!) [emoji12] I was actually looking forward to one quiet night! Lol! Just thought I would post and see if anyone else felt the same before surgery?

You should be nervous! You're having surgery! When I had it more than three years ago, I was scared out of my mind. I was convinced I was going to die on the operating table. It's perfectly okay to feel nervous. You are not alone.

It's completely normal to be nervous! A few weeks ago I was perusing my Fitbit app and noticed that I had data on my surgery day (I didn't take it off until they came to wheel me to theatre) and my heart rate was going crazy that morning.

Best of luck!

No matter what you're not alone!! take and deep breath think about how great you're going to feel and with eight kids you need to be healthy. I haven't even gotten my surgery date and I have up and downs. somedays I can't wait for the day I'm given my date and other days I think to myself, " What the f*** I'm I doing? I cant go through with this!!" In times of doubt hold on to all the reason why you wanted to do it, to begin with. It's going to be ok.
