Kf1967 0 Posted February 11, 2018 I had my sleeve 1/17/18 and 1 week pre op I’ve only lost 15 lbs and the scale says the same weight for almost 12 days! My dr says don’t get on the scale daily do every other week for now I don’t know this just feels so slow! I’m embracing the loss but I thought it would be more by now 50 yrs old sw 261 12/29 dos 255 1/17/18 cw 241 2/10/18 Just thought by keeping under 850 cal incorporating exercise Proteins at 70, carbs under 60. It would be falling off! feel great though and bp meds only 1 now and sleeping well too! so there are up sides I’m just a little dissapointed
VSG.02.05.18 23 Posted February 11, 2018 From what everyone says, it’s normal to have stalls at any time, including within the first month. I’m newly sleeved myself, but give it a couple of weeks (or less!) and I’m sure it will get moving again.

Your 14 pounds (6.35kg) is okay. 2kg per week post surgery is good. Consistent eating and relatively high Protein consumption will see you on track soon ... losing more weight. LaLaDee 519 Posted February 11, 2018 A stall around 3 weeks is very common. Don't be stressing! Everything's gonna be fine! You will lose more!
