I made a huge pot of gumbo! My pre op appt is March 8th. I don’t know what I’ll eat as my food funeral. I’m 100% Cajun, so probably a big ole order of boudin!!

I’ve been eating smaller meals before surgery, so I physically couldn’t eat the amount that I would have been able to a year ago, but I had a slice of pizza from my fav spot in NY, garlic knots, pineapple fried rice (couldn’t finish it, its still in the fridge) and when i digested that I had some ben and jerrys!!! lmaooo these comments are hilarious btw
