I’m 2 days post op from

A RnY gastric bypass. I started passing small black runny looking stools. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m a little freaked but the clinic said that it is completely normal!

Might be a small amount of digested blood left over from your surgery, could be medications. If they are not worried, don't panic. Just a small blip on your journey to better health.
