Katty 3 Posted February 9, 2018 Hi I'm new on here and looking for support and advice from fellow gastric sleevers (January 2018) A bit worried about rate of weight loss as ive lost about 6 kg in total. Bigman12345 58 Posted February 9, 2018 1 box sugar free pudding 2 cups skim milk2 scoops 60g Protein powderMix chocolate Protein Powder with the milk and mix well then follow the directions for the instant sugar free pudding boxI usually make this last 2 days so I get 60g protein each dayI also eat scrambled eggs, usually 1/2 to 1 egg Broiled fishChicken salad with light mayoEgg salad light mayoLots of sugar free popsiclesFat free cheese sticksNatural apple sauce Organic 3 Beans in can Cottage cheeseBut I only eat about 1/4 cup at a time 1 Lolly328 reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
