I have this everyday for Breakfast. I stir it up and yum. I just struggle with Protein drinks.This is :

Greek Yogurt 3/4 c. : Cal:100

Plain Protein: 18

Hemp Hearts( bought at Costco)

: Cal:57

: Pro:3.5

Torani sugar free : any flavor

Handful of blueberries: Cal: 25

Pro:0.5

ValerieZ smell them first. If they've been lurking in your cabinet (especially if they're open), they may have gone rancid. And rancid PUFAs/oils are bad, bad, bad. It's super easy for hemp hearts and chia to go rancid. Just a heads up.

Try to only stick to 1 Tablespoon of hemp hearts because they are high in Fiber. Nice thing is it's great for people who are constipated all the time. I learned my lesson when I had 3 tablespoons..lol..TMI

LOL. YVW. I'm kinda paranoid about stuff like that. It only takes eating rotten PUFA oils one time that result in Olympic hurling (which should be a sport) to make you askeered of bad oils. LOL.

What are hemp hearts? Here in New Zealand hemp ‘anything’ is likely to with get you arrested or give you munchies!

I think they are the inside of a hemp seed?? U can't get high off them and a good Protein. I have to buy new ones. Mine were too old.
