Tips for drinking water

Have you tried the flavored waters? Nestle Splash or Fruit2O in grape are both good. In the beginning stages you just have to constantly sip in-between meals.

I drink several different things to get my Fluid intake in. I usually drink 2 bottles of Water a day, 1 bai water, 1 diet tea bottle, and a bottle of protien 2o in coconut.

This is about 90oz of liquids.

It helps that I work from home so unless I am eating or the hour after I am constantly sipping on something.

It's possible you really don't have the room right now to get it all in. That gets better with time, you will eventually be able to drink/eat more volume and it will get easier to meet your numbers.
