DeanaNJ 25 Posted March 26, 2018 What does your bowel prep involve?? My dr has not mentioned that!
Roxine 211 Posted March 26, 2018 Oh, gosh! I wish that I liked coffee, that seems like it would be a great way to get Protein and fluids in. And yes, Dr. Fitzer! Good luck at your first follow up appointment [emoji4] by any chance, do you know where Soup fits in on the green sheet? Not chunky or anything just nicely purred broccoli and cheddar soup? That’s the only thing I can think about, haha! I have steered clear of Soups until this week (starting week 4). I’ve had 1/2 cup Tomato and 1/2 cup black bean soup. I believe they don’t like soups because it’s drinking while eating - so for the black bean- I drain the juice and chew chew chew the Beans. Now I’m just in a groove...but I do look forward to moving to the next stage on Wednesday😉 Having different flavored shakes and red pepper /tomato Soup once a day helps. I'm not allowed Soup ... only 4 shakes a day & raw veggies with no seasoning. I'm taking it a day at a time though... I'm currently on day 4!Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
