I’m about 5 months and only lost 60 pounds Yes actually sugar makes me sick sometimes too. I actually trybto avoid that as much as possible. I've lost like 40... 60 lbs in 5 mos is good .. we just gotta stick with a clean diet and good exercise and I'm sure we will get too our goals. Right now I'm 215 and my goal is 170. taylorfulfer 20 Posted February 7, 2018 Yeah I started at 335 and now at 275 and now weight is coming off slow and I feel like it’s because of eating habits. I’m kinda going to do a restart for the next week and get back on track.

Then with the holidays and new years and the goddamn super bowl blahhh it's been a disaster for me... only thing is I have been very consistent in the gym... I feel like I've been stagnant for like a month or even 6 weeks and it's time to lose the rest of this weight I had the f**king surgery for. My surgery date was Oct 5th. taylorfulfer 20 Posted February 7, 2018 It’s frustrating! It’s just hard because I’m eating like a fraction of what I used to but I’m just staying the same. Lol like I’m not someone who can just have stuff in moderation and lose Weight my stupid body needs to starve to lose weight. I hare people who can eat and eat and not gain weight. I’ll admit I’ve pushed myself a few times because it’s like I’m not seeing results but for the most part I want to get below 200 alrwsdy 1 danybx reacted to this

Because I can tolerate anything I have to look at food as fuel. It depends on how much or often I indulge. As you get further out from surgery the weight loss is slower.. Its a balance of how much work do I want to do to get the extra weight back off. lol
Nookie 0 Posted February 24, 2018 Confused do you drink every 10 minutes. I set my phone timer. I normally finish before the 10 minutes is up and then I restart it. Is that ok? I'm doing everything wrong
