Biddy zz 🏳️🌈 1,004 Posted February 7, 2018 (edited) Cottage cheese with flavourings (chilli sauce, chipotle, pesto...) smoothies - myfitnesspal has GREAT smoothie recipes that add Protein, but also reintroduce spinach and other healthy things into the blender.
