BuffaloBill 168 Posted February 6, 2018 Hello , my heaviest weight was On March 2017 of last year and was 280lbs. I was 255lbs on my surgery date which was Oct 5, 2017. I'm a gym maniac I work out 5 days a week for at least a hour mostly 90 mins... Today I'm at 220lbs. I feel like I haven't lost anything between months 3 and 4... I'm afraid to check the scale cause I don't wanna depress myself when I see I haven't lost much and worked so hard. I didn't eat as healthy as I should of during the 3rd month because I was traveling alot. I've been pretty disciplined the past 2 weeks. When was everybody's greatest weightloss ? My goal weight is 180/170 so I'm 40/50lbs from where I wanna be. I'm open too all suggestions. Sent from my SM-G935T using BariatricPal mobile app
kakatlady612 1,053 Posted February 6, 2018 Hi Buffalo Biil, I loved your Wild West show. Love that you're a gym maniac, you could branch out to mechanical bull riding next. Remember when you despair of weight loss, muscle weighs more than globby fat. I'm sure you're still firming up and losing inches. Well on your way to stud muffinhood. Keep up the good work.Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app 1 BuffaloBill reacted to this

I'm still in my preop, and I haven't lost much, but I go to the gym a lot and I've noticed my clothes fitting better. I would say keep up with inches, you are probably getting toned and building muscle. Good luck!!
