Just had a sf pudding, and my stomach didn't like it. Can you get dumping with sugar free items?

My body is intolerant of eating a large amount of sugar substitutes at one time and will get diarrhea if I indulge. That was before surgery (5 days postop now), and I imagine it is the same now.
