carlab 63 Posted February 3, 2018 I was sleeved 1/9. I took one week off work. Part time the 2nd week and have been back full time since. I am exhausted. I couldn’t even make it through work today. Is this normal? Carla from LV
James Marusek 5,244 Posted February 3, 2018 Some individuals have the same problem. The three most important elements after weight loss surgery are to meet your daily Protein, Fluid and Vitamin requirements. food is secondary because your body is converting your stored fat into the energy that drives your body. Thus you lose weight. Many things can cause exhaustion. Do you have any other symptoms?

KatFight 207 Posted February 5, 2018 Hi. The 3rd week I was hit hard with exhaustion. There were two days that getting out of bed was nearly impossible. It's tougher when work is added too. I think it's our bodies healing and not having the amount of Protein we need yet. I hope you cannot in some time to rest.
