I can't imagine cappucinos are that fattening... you're probably only talking 1/4 to 1/2 cup regular milk, right? Because the steam fluffs it up. If you use zero-cal sweetener, that's a good way to get in Protein. I've also read all sorts of health benefits from cinnamon, and that's a great way to spice up a cap. Damn, now I want one.

Lisa, I get mine at the 'Shop Rite' convience store. There is a flavor that makes my mouth Water - Swiss Mocha. You MUST try!

Ive been drinking 1 - 2 a day, and lost about 2 pounds this week... so something is going right!
