please help, 2 days post op and miserable

I gained 7 pounds in the hospital and they didn’t come off until the second week. Not one ounce cans off the first week.
I am now 6 weeks out and I’m down 41 pounds. It takes time but it will come off.
Hang in there!

I looked up regret the first week after surgery. Now I am 6 weeks out and my body is holding onto every ounce for dear life. Can't seem to catch a break so I just stopped getting on the scale. My 15 lb dog eats more than I do. So I have no choice but to wait. I am very happy for those that have lost 40 something pounds in 6 weeks but that isn't going to be my story. So we all have been there.
