Real California April 76 Posted January 28, 2018 Hello hello hello everybodyI'm finishing up my bottle of BA Advanced and was thinking about trying Celebrate with Iron. Stuff is pretty important. I'm still in my child bearing years and would like to start donating blood again. I noticed the iron is different in both brands. Is one type better than the other?SW: 366CW: 329GW1: 200RNY Dec 18, 2017!
bobt1 29 Posted February 23, 2018 My nutritionist recommended the ferrous fumarate or the also highly recommended Iron Ferrochel (ferrous bisglycinate chelate) as well. Celebrate uses the fumarate while BA seems to use several different types of iron in their different products that contain iron. Having said that, Remember that Iron has to be taken separated by 2 hours from any Calcium you might be taking. For that reason I decided to take a separate iron supplement so I could take my multi and calcium at the same time and my iron later.
