Hello hello hello everybody

I'm finishing up my bottle of BA Advanced and was thinking about trying Celebrate with Iron.

Stuff is pretty important. I'm still in my child bearing years and would like to start donating blood again. I noticed the iron is different in both brands. Is one type better than the other?

My nutritionist recommended the ferrous fumarate or the also highly recommended Iron Ferrochel (ferrous bisglycinate chelate) as well. Celebrate uses the fumarate while BA seems to use several different types of iron in their different products that contain iron.

Having said that, Remember that Iron has to be taken separated by 2 hours from any Calcium you might be taking. For that reason I decided to take a separate iron supplement so I could take my multi and calcium at the same time and my iron later.
