LoBMI VSGguy46 56 Posted January 30, 2018 Try munching on high-volume-to-calorie ratio foods. Two of my favorites are skinny pop popcorn and beef Jerky. The former gives me crunch, Fiber and volume with relatively low calories compared to most snack foods.
