How much and how often do you exercise@kandieqvt1? I am 4 weeks post-op VSG and I try to walk every other day. Including my pre-op liquid diet, I am down a total 34.6 pounds.

I use bio k oil it’s like an orange oil it helps a lot for the stitches

Aww your so sweet yes according to the bmi in order for me not to be considered obese I have 40 more to loose
