Here are my measurements the day before I started my pre-op diet vs. today. (All sizes in inches because Americans are weird that way.)

Before/After

Neck 18.5/15.5

Chest 50.5/43

Stomach 57.5/41

Waist 49/39

Bicep 12.5/11

Thigh 27.5/22

Hips 50/42

Weight 336.4/218.4

How about you folks?

Those are some impressive improvements!

I've got a list somewhere....couple inches here and there for the most part....but my biggie is that I've lost 9 inches off my waist. I have a waist and a shape again....and it's still early days....but it's starting to look pretty damned good:)

Weight 350 - 224 = 126 lbs
Bust 53” - 47” = 6”
Waist 48” - 43” = 5”
Hips 59” - 51” = 8"
R arm 17” - 15.75” = 1.25”
L arm 17” - 15” = 2”
R thigh - 29.5” - 26.75”= 2.75”
L thigh - 29” - 26” = 3”
28” total
