Krista27 341 Posted January 24, 2018 Are you a lost maker? Or is it easier for you to just go by the flow? I have realized I need lists and calendars that I check daily. And I think this will come more into play once I'm meal planning and tracking eating. Anything you have found helpful as far as apps on your phone. Do you just stick to paper? Any tips?Sent from my SM-J727T1 using BariatricPal mobile app

Boris 8 Posted February 3, 2018 Baritastic is a great app. It has a checklist, a good tracker which logs your Protein fat and carb intake percentage. You can set reminders to take your Vitamins. X

The really best outcomes seem to come from using MY FITNESS PAL (web or app) in conjunction with BARIATRIC PAL (web).
