7 weeks post OP & the scale hasn’t budged since week 4 [emoji30]

I’m feeling really discouraged right now. I’m 7 weeks out and I’m fluctuating between 248/246. My weight day of surgery was 266. I’m losing weight super slow. Idk if this is working well with my body. I’m starting to think this weight will never come off I’m just now trying to get into a workout routine. Has anyone had anything similar happen with them

Im going through the same i will be 8 weeks this friday, and no movement since week 4. I work out 6 days a week and follow my doctor's rules to the T. Stay encouraged! Things will get better! Day of surgery 259, today 229

Every time I have tried to lose weight it has been like this then I give up and eat what I shouldn’t. I thought the surgery would be different
